How to avoid travel restrictions in the US after the US military travel ban
Travel restrictions have been imposed across the US following the military travel restriction, including in the UK.
In the UK, the number of flights cancelled is expected to fall slightly in the coming days, as a precautionary measure.
The UK is not expected to see any major flights cancelled, although the situation is expected as a temporary measure, with airlines reporting a slightly higher demand.

The UK has seen a number of high-profile deaths due to the ban, including one British man, whose family say he was beaten to death in a cabin by armed US marines in the Caribbean, in December.

The Government will not go into details on the exact date it will take effect, but the UK has said that the restriction will extend until at the earliest of Thursday, Friday or Saturday, depending on the weather conditions.
Airlines in the United States will also be affected by the ban.
While the military restriction is temporary, there are a number airlines in the world that have also been affected by a ban on flights.
For example, United has said it is postponing its first leg of the flight from Dallas to New York from Thursday.
United, one of the largest US carriers, will also delay flights from the US and Mexico to and from Europe on Thursday.

Air France said it will not fly to and between the US, Europe and the Middle East, including Egypt, until the restrictions are lifted.
And British Airways has said there will be no further flights between the UK and the US on Thursday, as part of the temporary military ban.
