Which Australian travel brands are on the up?
Google is taking on a new role as a major travel company in the Australian market, and it’s doing it with some of the same names as the travel giant it has already acquired.
Google is bringing back a number of popular brands including Booking.com, Booking Australia, GoFly, and travel booking site Travelocity.
Google has been investing heavily in its own travel brands in the last few years, and the company has already been working with its own brands to expand its online travel offerings.
It recently launched a travel website, Book Me, to connect users to the best travel deals and the travel sites where they can book their travel.
The company is also building out a dedicated travel search portal for its Australian customers.
Google’s travel partners will be able to add booking details to the search engine’s search results and provide additional information, such as the date and time of departure and destination.
Google said in a blog post that the new Australian travel brand will help it “build on its existing portfolio of Australian travel products and services”.
“As the first travel partner to open up in Australia, we are delighted to partner with Google to deliver a better travel experience for our users, which will result in a better shopping experience and better overall travel experience,” Google said in the blog post.
Google CEO Sundar Pichai said in January that Google would bring travel products to Australia in the next year, but did not specify what the products would be.
“We are excited to partner up with Google and expand our travel portfolio, with travel partners across Australia,” he said at the time.
“We believe in the power of Australian travellers and are excited by the opportunity to work with them on this important project.”
Google said it will invest $30 million in Australia in 2018.
The investment will be used to expand Google’s Australian operations.
Google currently operates in China, India, Singapore, and Vietnam.
