Which Connecticut airports are affected by the Travel Restrictions
New York, Boston, and Washington, D.C. airports are currently experiencing the restrictions, which are meant to prevent people from traveling to certain cities.

The travel restrictions were in place until the end of November.
A number of people are being told to avoid flying to and from New York and New England airports.
The rules also apply to passengers coming from certain states including Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.
New Yorkers and New Yorkers visiting New England and the New York metropolitan area have been told to check with their airline before making travel plans.

The Washington D. c. airport is also experiencing restrictions.
People traveling from Seattle to Washington, including those flying to the city, are being reminded to check in for security checks.
Washington D c. is the home to the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History and the National Air and Space Museum.
It also has the Dulles International Airport, the New Orleans airport, the Reagan National Airport, and the Las Vegas International Airport.
New York is not experiencing restrictions at Dulles, but people traveling to the U.S. are being instructed to check the airport’s website for updates.
Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland are also affected.
Washington is experiencing its own travel restrictions, and those in the New Jersey metropolitan area are being warned to check before making any trips.
Those in the Maryland area, which includes New York state, will also be told to be prepared for security checkpoints at the airport, which is also a hub for American Airlines.
Those flying from Texas, which encompasses both Texas and the Texas capital, Dallas, are also being told not to make any trips to the Houston area, as well as other Texas cities including Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston.
Those who plan to fly to Washington Dc. from outside of the metro area are also reminded to be ready for checkpoints at other airports in the area.
Those from the Washington D C area will be reminded to make sure their flight is compliant with the TSA rules before leaving the airport.
The TSA has set up checkpoints at Dulless International Airport in Maryland, Washington Dulles Airport in Virginia, and at the New Haven, Connecticut, airport.
